In 86 they had a 400hp and a 420 only difference in those were the gill both had the same crane cam and the 86 400hp I tore down out of a cig had forged piston ,cranks and rode and rect port heads flat tappet hydr. with crane roller rockers don't think the 365 has the rockers or the cam. I took the numbers off the cam and put them in the crane web site.

If you have he rectangle port heads, just leave them alone. Oveals are prefered, but not that much change from the square port. Go with a high rise single plane oval port intake, get you a good roller cam from RMBUILDER, and some good exhaust and you will be making some good power. You will have to spin them up. 5500-6000.......
