Is this the VST system or CoolFuel.... Complete means computers, harness, pumps..... as well..... right? I am interested

They are Cool fuel , they are complete with distributers ,harnesses, computers.....

Just the cool fuel pumps are worth more than I'm asking for the entire 2 systems
