so i am debating on putting a blower like this or a procharger on my boat. I am runing a 98 27 fever with a hp500 carb motor. which way is better to go. i like the looks of a blower better. on top of the cost of this one what else would i need to purchase or upgrade to be up and running

If your engine is in good shape now mechanically basically nothing. I would ensure I had good fuel delivery run a v6 module in your ignition (I will even throw 1 in at no cost) maybe get your carb worked for a little more flow and enjoy. I have had Prochargers on carb motors also and this will be way easier and cheaper on you.
