I'm curious as to what boat/motor combo you had this on, and what direction you went. I'm running a Baja 272 502/502hp. This looks like a little too much prop, but it might be worth a shot.

I had it on a 26' Profile. 540ci/625hp. Keep in mind when labbing a prop, it takes away from the true pitch. A 26 Labbed technically becomes around a 25. You should have no problem turning this with 500hp.
