F.S. 98 42 fountain. No power. Ssm drives
Selling my fountain. 98 big step stag boat. Started life as a trip boat. I had glass dave replace transom/stringers early last year. 19.5" on center, prop shafts 1.5" above the bottom. Fresh ssm 4's that competition marine went thru winter of 15. Drives are very nice. Transom are in great shape. Teague water pickups, stainless marine sea strainers. Gill battery trays. Glassdave also painted from the graphics up at the same time. It's on a really nice 2004 eagle trailer. Disc brakes on all axles that work great. Wheel bearing maint just done before the trip to the shootout. Boat has ran 107 on gps I feel that the boat has more in it. That was with my procharged 540's making right at 1000 hp.
The bad is the trip dash is still In the boat. All the gauges work but the tachs. I was going to replace it this winter. I have a twin dash panel already cut that goes with the boat. The interior is not perfect. The front seats are pretty good but the bench and engine hatch covers need replaced in the future. Engine hatches have one popped seam and won't clean up because they are dryed out. Back seat has a spots where it's starting to crack. Boat does not have a radio in it. I think everyone knows this boat has a checkered past. I will discuss that will all serious potential buyers.
It's getting new cabin carpet put in it as I type this. I was able to see the bare sealed wood and tap around on it. This boat is solid. Glassdave can attest to that.
45,000 gets the boat minus power/fuel pumps/transmissions/props.

this layup was one of the stoutest i have ever done, not in term of weight but in term of structural laminates. To say its solid is an understatement. The transom is three layers of half inch Okoume with a full lamination of 22oz tri ax inbetween each layer, stringers are similar with center striner being three layers of half and outside stringers two layers all with full laminations inbetween and the finest Vinylester plus all openings for drives and exhaust holes are edge banded and fully sealed . . . . yeah . . . its bomber
