496 Spark Plug Wires and Performance Wires
All USA made by one of the leading spark plug wire manus inwhich own and make their own core wire. There is 2 levels of wires here for the 496.
1. Performance 40 ohms per foot with highest level of EMI and RFI suppression in the industry. These wires are 8.00 mm, PRICE SHIPPED $ 195
2. Better than the OEM level, these wires are 350 ohms per foot. Offering far better EMI and RFI suppression. These wires are 8.00 mm. PRICE SHIPPED is $145
here is what I have found and thru spark plug wire testing. the OEM spark plug wires are 7mm diameter offering 700 + ohms per foot and have average EMI and RFI suppression at best. Also the OEM spark plug boots are not the best to be using for this app. These boots can contribute to PCM 555 failure because I have seen many boots that the spark is leaking thru. Anyways the price alone is worth the buy compare to what the 496 has thru the OEM and others for spark plug wires.
Many aftermarket wires for the marine 496 DO NOT OFFER the best EMI and RFI suppression inwhich causes interference with many EFI sensors and the PCM. It also causes water pressure sensors to fail overtime from RFI and EMI.

Thanks I will have to find out the cost to ship to Australia. I am willing to ship if you are OK with what those shipping cost might be.
Next up the HP 525 because those spark plug wires are very cheap quality I am not a fan of 7 mm wires either for marine application spark plug wires.

Do you supply new wire separators or will the factory ones work with the larger diameter wires?

The 7mm separators should not be used with these 8 mm wires.
Tomorrow I should have what will be offered as far as separators for all the spark plug wires.
More spark plug wires for many apps coming.

Some color options available and color options for seperators.
Custom made to order how ever is NEEDED available as well. All of it USA made by a leading wire manufacturer who actually supplies other companies the wire.
Sleeving and boot options available as well. Extra heat protection and so on.
