Angry Failing terrbly on adding a new listing. (engine)

Hi Everybody,
Been trying to do something as simple as adding a listing for an engine to sell. I've tried it on 3 different Computers. PS and Mac with 5 different browsers. Pop ups allowed and disabled, Cookies and cache Different accounts, literally every combination I can think of and it always does the same thing. After adding a new listing, selecting my payment program and putting in all the pertinent information. pics, adding, highlights, bolding, etc. I click SUBMIT, and it starts a new BLANK add listing. and of course i lose everything I just posted. So frustrating. Not getting the customer service (help) I need from OSO. (phone call). Is there anybody out there that could that can hold my hand through positing one listing? I'd be crazy grateful. I have 2 motors to list and 2 more coming up.
Thank you in Advance.

Did you create a new account in the classifieds ?? you can also put it in the swap-shop with your current account

Also, keep pic sizes to 1024 x 800 or they won't load.
