On a serious note, these chargers look like exactly what i want to get, what exactly am I looking at to make these work? Are they a direct bolt on application? Or do I need to do motor work before hand?
With the kind of luck you have ( meaning good) You should be able to bolt these things on and run them wide open and still not change the oil for a good 3 years.

PS. there is no such thing as a direct bolt on supercharger. You can either re built and beef up the engine now, or wait until you blow it up and do it then.

I would stick them on and see what happens. Those blowers are not that strong, so you might be OK for a while. You will need to send them and have them rebuilt before you bolt them on.

I would refresh the motors now with better internals and then put the blowers on.definitely have the blowers rebuilt.

I would stick w/ what you got. Your shade tree mechanics have enough of a time keepin it running as it is.
