Just locked in 4.75 @15. Missed 4.60 by a couple of hours.

Local broker here in town.

Started as a refi nly just to get better rate and payment, and then we realized I could shorten the term and get some cash and stay at the same payment as now, so I figured what the heck and am paying off some more of my bills.

Now I can compete with you high rollers and big ballers.
