177 days till the housing bottom they said today on CNBC. How they can call that, I can't even imagine.

they can't call it, its just one guys opinion vs. anothers. Set 2 monkeys at opposite ends of the table and you will get the same result. The media is dangerous and reckless. The local market is still very good, and there are alot of transactions still taking place, people are still buying and selling homes like always. I guess when the first retard in the media that says the housing slump is over, it will be over

Hey, I made money on stocks today. You aren't supposed to be able to do that either. Just keep throwing them up. If they don't sell, we can use them for parties and then you can make vandalism claims on them and get paid to remodel.
