these are the rules to join TOPPS please pay attention to the last one. Let me remind you as a VP and Wstultz the treasurer. We can veto your application very fast. Take note give respect were respect is due.....
1. Annual Dues of $ 200.00 payable to TOPPS
2. Signed Membership Agreement form
3. Certificate showing completion of an approved boating safety course
4. Proof of insurance with a minimum of $ 300,000 liability coverage and TOPPS of Lake Conroe listed as a "additional Insured" on your policy in 2007.
5. A member sponsor for Full Voting new members

If you think I'm gonna join TOPPS to kiss your azz ! You're sadly mistaken! It's worth it to me NOT to become a member and bust your balls DAILY on OSO! So ANY time TOPPS wants to refund my money you can cut the check!

No reason to be hatin' so bad ! Just because you dumped 6 quarts of oil in the lake yesterday and killed countless marine wildlife. Is that TOPPS answer to hydrillia? Do we need to rename your boat "Smooth Valdez"? You need to go to the back and release some "knuckle children" and lower your heart rate!
