Need a little feedback from you guys if you don't mind - the boss's sister and family are looking at a house on Conroe for a weekend gig - not permanent.

She is currently looking at one in the Lake View Village 01 -

Here is the listing -

Ruth Stultz is my mother. Call her and she will tell you anything you need to know. If not her my Fiance Megan West can help you. PM me if you need numbers. That one is next door to hers and has great open water views.

The house next door to me is up for rent and would probably consider a week rental. It has been up for rent for a while so they would probably like a litle cash flow.
