Running boats, Hot drunk chicks and bars in the middle of the swamp are overrated anyway.
Gives us something to look forward to for next year.
There are a few things that we didn't have to subject ourselves to by floating away from everyone in the middle of the lake.
We didn't have to see Ryan in a boys shirt
We didn't hear the word Hummer once as it related to a vehicle
We didn't have to see Louie's brand new boat get trashed
We learned who our friends are
We know that Kevin has a tape worm
We know Tom can live offf of a sugar packet and a crouton
We know Joe like the water as much as Tex

Tom: Hello
Ruth: Is Jeff There
Tom; Yes
Ruth: Could you please put the phone on speaker
Jeff and Co: Hello
Ruth: We checked the depth charts on Lake Ponchatrain and sicovered that you were drowning in 3' of water. Next time just stand up.
Everyone in both trucks: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAH

The saga continues
I get home yesterday and we had a power surge. Everything appeared to recover. I went to cook some dinner and the microwave took a dump.
I went to mow the yard this morning and the throttle is broken on the weed eater and the lawn mower has a flat tire.
What else is next?

tom from a guy who wasnt there's perspective there is nothing to be sorry for.... $hit happens to all of us and thats why these things are organized in big groups and everyone can be there to support everyone else and what goes around comes around and i am sure you would do the same for any of those folks if the shoe was on the other foot.
I do have question however, as Joe and Jeff started to burn in the sun, did it smell like bacon? And do you think you will be able to get the smell out, or will it always smell like Waffle House on your boat now???
