I am selling a lot here, not a house. There are definately a lot of nice houses out there, but good lots are hard to find.

I got an offer in at 415 today. Not very far away from being homeless.

I don't know, I think one company calls it pecs and the other pex. Really don't know, my real estate agent spelled it

Zurn is the company name and pex is the product name. Better put your realtor in check.
