Ok,, Ive been ashamed all day,, but its time to admit it, I rented a pontoon boat yesterday. My mom was all over my azz with the comments like $100??? Thats it? And the gas is free,, and you dont have to clean it put it on the trailer or take care of it at all??, Then she pretty much called me a dumbazz for my past boating investments.

nope, but forsome reason I couldnt win against the family with that arguement. , My mom kept saying how come this boat doesnt rock and bounce around so horribly like your old boats,, . Here I do something nice like rent a boat and take the whole family out,, and it ends in comments such as these,, . At one point, and I know a few of you with broke shyt can feel my pain,, she said ,, hmmm,, you didnt really need to spend all that extra $$ on your engines,, you should have just towed it around with one of these.

I also have a few things you may not be familiar with.

Like turning the keys and engines running

changing the oil not the motors

Lets not forget this is not the first boat for me to be around, payment etc. etc. In fact I have put about 60 hours on the mainship, 100hrs on the Hydro sport, 180hrs in the rinker in the past three years. How much have you ran your boat in the last three years

The best part about the whole ordeal,, was meeting all the "new to boating, swimming, and etc" people that were renting,, I just kept pointing to the back of walden marina and said you havee to go over there and look at the really big house boats and cruisers up close .
