I've been in that house as an open house. It is nice. But the water is shallow in a lot of places around there you really have to be careful. I bet that "yacht" stirs mud every time you move it.

If you would show up to a LC TOPPS party every once in a while, you would have partied in that house many times.

I was just throwing it up there because Tbone is wanting to step up to a big baller lake house. He said he don't want no junk like mine.

This would be a cool local house with a huge man cave for T Bone. Not on the water but moving would be easy. probably very flexable on price.
