I dont know how many times over the years I passed by this rig on Nasa 1.
I've been in that boat. I checked it out when it was at Ron's Yacht Brokerage in Kemah before the current owner bought it. The engines are about 600hp and it has Arneson drives. I know the shipyard in N.O. that built it. Normally they build tugboats. I think the hull is aluminum. The cabin looked like it was appointed for an Iranian Imam and originally it had a....chandelier. Lots of leopard fur patterns inside. The head is full of mirrors. Apparently its very heavy. But a real bargain at $12K and I know one of the TOPPS guys would just look lovely in it. It would be a real head turner!

At 10:45 p.m. Sunday night, a man walked up to the teller window at the Woodforest Bank in the Wal-Mart store on Loop 336 and I-45 in Conroe. The suspect, identified by Conroe Police as 23-year-old Orlando Carnell Williams, told the teller to give him the money. No weapon or note was displayed. However, the teller complied, not knowing whether or not Williams was armed. Instead of fleeing the premises, Williams then started walking around inside the store.

Conroe Police responded to a hold-up alarm and the bandit was pointed out to them. Williams refused to comply with officers, resisting as they attempted to handcuff him.

He was arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail on robbery charges. As of this writing, Williams is held without bond.

Williams, who resides at 2020 Plantation in Conroe, was arrested on December 5, 2009 in Huntsville where he plead guilty to possession of a controlled substance.
Claim another one for the Williams family.

More info on Jeff's new project boat. Was purchased from RYB in 2000 for approx. $70K. He then fixed it up and cleaned it, had it "appraised" for $98K, and then tried to sell it for $100K on a trailer as a unique one-off super duper speed boat for a number of years without anyone showing serious interest. When he got tired of looking at it (and boy is he tired of looking at it I hear) he started coming to his senses offering it at $60K, $50K, and on down to the present $10K. I hope it won't be a total loss for this poor fellow.

Jeff, offer him $5K.
