I was 3-4 mins behind Wade and Biggerstaff cut me off when he was coming after Wade. There was now way Wade knew he was after him. I guess Biggerstaff is above the law because he never slowed down under 1097 bridge. Bunch of BS...

What a bunch of crap. Fleeing from officers. Lol. I guess fleeing is running 3500 Rpms across the lake, slowing to idle under the bridge, and slowing to idle in the no wake zones. When is Bigerstaff going to fu(king retire? This guy no longer supports the law he only has his own personal agenda. He was mad because I talked back to him and stated the law in which I was following when I passed him at a whopping 45 mph in a stump infested area of the channel. Apparently that is why I got a ticket for failure to slow for law enforcement and oh yeah, since we can't find anything else wrong, we will write another bs ticket saying we can't read your tx numbers. I will run blocker for you guys anytime because I don't drink while driving the boat. Another reason the parks and wildlife were pissed is because they wasted all that fuel and resource "chasing me" and I hadn't even been drinking. Sorry guys. No revenue for you coming from this guy.

Apparently there is a new law that says when a law enforcement vessel has someone stopped you must slow to idle when passing. The only law I know of is that you must pass another vessel further than 100 feet away, which I did. Has anyone here ever heard of this other law or is Biggerstaff just making **** up again? I couldn't find it in any uscg boating regulations or anywhere on the txpwd website.
