But on a good note, the deal looks like it could be closed by wed/thurs of next week. We've almost lost and regained this deal so many times since april, that I will be glad when its over. Tonight I have to get our air permit re-instated,, seems a permit that had no expiration,,, expired yesterday,,score 1 for the tree huggers.

If I have started drinking and its 8pm or later dont listen to a word I sayyy
,, chances are my intentions are good,, but my impared driving skills put me into a ditch somewhere along the way each time. 
If i get a 4wd with the ranch hand bumpers,, I will no doubt make it. I always wondered why you guys all have 4wd with huge bumpers
