Yes and Yes
Seriously there will be more info forthcoming on brackets but the best thing about a premier event is that we get to make up the rules as we go!
Looking forward to seeing y'all there!!

Hope the old girl holds together until then and water is favorable for a good run.
What are you guys going to do if it is high wind. I know that area, and it is usually pretty rough when it is not windy????

Thats a cool boat Jeff. Did you have it out Sunday? It was ROUGH as you know. We were skipping across the tops of the 4-5 footers at 70!!

I spoke to one of the organizers and that barring some unsafe wind or wave conditions they are going to run it in any condition that is deemed safe. Everyone will have to adjust their speed and driving to match the conditions of the day.

Andy, were you out on Galveston Bay Sunday, or on Lake Conroe. We went out Saturday on the Bay and it was perfect. Stayed in on Sunday, very bad.

Could make for some interesting runs for the smaller guys. Not very often its calm in that area unless its early early in the morning.

Also, area not protected from ship waves. Boats will be trimmed to the max and running hard. Someone will have to be positioned to watch for incoming! Hopefully by May though, the fronts will be gone and wind will be from south. This will help a lot.
