Default Beware, eagle trailer

Just a heads up about my recent dealings with eagle. After several e-mails and phone calls they told me too bad.
I have an 02' aluminum that had major bearing failure on the way up north in my first season, I'll skip the gory details. The guy that eventually fixed it said the other bearings were fine, this one never got greased. Last year two trips delayed due to the wires chafing on the aluminum causing shorts. I also noticed major wear on the inside of one of my tires, I believe an axle must be off. Eagle apparently went bankrupt and a new company bought the rights to the name, because they want to take advantage of their reputation. I don't blame a company for not wanting to honor the claims of the past, but you cant have it both ways, If you call them to buy a trailer, they are eagle, if you call to complain, sorry THAT eagle is out of business. They claim it was assembled by nextrail with eagle parts, they ignored my e-mail.This trailer has less than 3000 miles on it. Once again the only customer service I know of Is the kind I give. Thanks for letting me rant, When will people realize a complaint is an opportunity to create business and a customer for life.
Anyone know why the tire is wearing? Torsian Axle.
Thanks, John Czerwinski

Just talked to Brad, owner of nextrail. He sounds like a good guy who cares about his business. He's in the middle since Eagle sold the trailers under their name and was suppossed to honor warranty issues. He offered me a new trailer at cost.
I just want my '02 trailer to be in the condition it should be. He's going to call Eagle, probably a waste of time. I will reply as I learn more. At least I talked to someone who gets it. JC

The "new" Eagle parts department in Homer, MI has been extremely helpful to me in maintaining my trailer.
