2006 Dodge Mega Cab Dually 4x4
My neighbor is a GM at the local Dodge dealership in Ft Wayne and he called me to place an order for the new 2006 Dodge Dually Mega Cab pick up. I got to spec the truck out with options and get first dibs on the truck when it comes in.
Bigger HP Cummins, Jake Exhaust Brake, Sunroof, Bucket Seats, rear entertainment center are some new features.
56K as optioned is a negative as well as the 6' bed.

I have to carry too much "sheet goods" to ever consider a six foot bed. Besides, they just don't look right to me.
I hear guys bit(hing all the time about their six foot beds and how they never thought that two feet would have made that much difference.

A real dually will be a welcome surprise, believe it when I see it.
Been running shortbeds in the last 6 trucks including two Dodge/cummins. Never looked back. Just did a RT to IN hauling a new chassis, two engines, a tranny, box of parts, an extra beadlock wheel and a t-case, the tailgate was down and I used a few straps-so what.
My SB and 2" smaller manhood get me by just fine

Its much like the short-bed Ford Dually. Since the bed it so shorter, the fenders are more like giant flares like the days of old 1980s Dodge duallys.
Its different:
