Lightbulb Electrical gurus

The led's are installed on the trailer, the tailights of the trailer work with the truck lights on. The turn signals work on both sides of the trailer with the truck lights on. When the brakes are applied, only the right light on the trailer has a brake light. When the lights are OFF and the brakes are applied, neither the truck or trailer has brake lights except for the third brake light on the truck works. Now that I have thoroughly confused everyone, any suggestions?
