After washing..... Instead of drying(tedious) it off, get a sprayer and a couple gallons of distilled water. Soak the rig with the distilled water, and make sure to get into those spots that always drip like under the mirrors. No drying, no sun spots, no water spots.

Re: have a black truck/car?
it really does work great. I am kinda anal about keeping my silverado clean, and being a black truck only makes it harder. I hand wash it in the drive and then spray it with the distilled water in the garage to keep the dust off.

What do you spray it with???? Sprayer? How many gallons do you use for the truck each time you wash?? I just bought my girl a new Black Lexus GS and I take it to the car wash, because the house water leaves water spots to bad???? Sorry so many questions but the water spots drive me crazy and I love to hear about quick easy solutions.... Thanks
