The truck is bone stock only thing I had to do was trim lower plastic in bottom coner of bumper for clearnce.

The difference is 22.5" are commercial heavy duty tires rated for medium duty truck capacity and use, and up. These typically have 8000 lbs. rating per tire, or more.
22" tires are (normally) no more than 3000-4000 lbs. rating per tire, (E-Load Range, MAX--if that. The sidewallls are significantly less stiff than the 22.5" tires, and will ride much better comparitively.
