Diablo Predator tuner is the tuner to buy. Much better than the HyperTech PowerProgrammer III. I don't know what it will do for your truck, but it might give you some options to play around with.

I had the hypertech on my ford v10 dually and with the intake kit and exhaust it really woke the truck up. fuel picked up a little as well once I kept my foot out of it.

I agree with jpd moto, I just switch my truck to the hypertech programmer, deleted my muffler. I was amazed by the unleash power that the truck had left in it.

Exhaust does help on that truck. CheckmateF1 here on OSO had the V10 in a CC SB dually. He did the exhaust and intake on his.
The Diablo Predator is a much better tuner than the Hypertech. It does everything that the Hypertech does and then some. Cap it off with the fact that it is also a code reader, and a diagnostic tool that you can leave plugged in while driving, and watch your computer/sensor values change; including checking how hard your engine is running while towing, as well as finding the best RPM for peak performance and peak mileage. I would leave my Diablo Predator plugged in when towing, and set it in the cupholder to know exactly what every sensor on my engine was doing. The Hypertech does not do that. I had both. I put the Hypertech in the garage and never touched it again.
