Default 08' GM dually

My local dealer called the other day and said he had the order forms for the new 08 duallys (chevy). He is the owner and a great guy, but sometimes gets a little confused on the details. Does anyone have anything in writing about the towing capacity.Specifically tag along. I am a GM guy and really don't want to switch but last yr the ford was rated at 15k at the hitch which would make me legal. Meaning I would still have insurance if there was ever a problem. I can't imagine GM not raising their's to at least this level but I would like to see it.
Thanks Michael

That's what I heard, so hopefully GM will follow suit. I would just like to see it in print before I order one.

I like the truck but agree about the tires and wheels. Never understood why they didn't put something nice on them like the fords.
I see the 16,500 rating, but that doesn't tell if it is tag along or fifth wheel. I betting the later. I really need to know what the tag along rating is, that is what my new rig is. HELP
