Right now I'm riding a 92 KDX 250. The old gang I grew up with never stoped riding/racing. I like riding with them with there newer bikes and still kick there ass once a year on $450.00 POS.

I've read about everything you can read and watched every video on the KTM 300WX-C I think this bike was made for me it will be my next new one. I rode the KTM 500WX-C and was really impressed. I think for the Ozark Mountains the 300 I would be faster in the woods. I've never owned a KTM but it will be my next new bike.

Anybody old-school guess what helmets hanging off my handlebars?

Used to ride various Bultacos including a 250 Bultaco-Metisse in TT scrambles races and a Yamaha 360 MX in short track events.

I went and picked it up last night:

I really had my eye on a KTM 450 WX-C Facotry edition, then I found this 2014 for about half the price, and almost new, plus a few upgrades.

Doesn't have the power of my 300 2 smoke, but might just be a little faster in the woods.

Nova, I think you would have no regrets picking up a 300 WX-C, great bikes. Also, HusaBerg and Huskies are basically the same bike as KTM if you run across that....

You'll love the 300XC-W. -I've owned 24 KTM's to date, 6 of them 300's. Everytime, I've strayed from the 300 to a 4 stroke, I've gone back a few months later. Her's mine. BTW, Love the Showtime McGrath hat. Wore one for years, now a shelf trophy!

Dirt riding flat out rocks. Started riding in the late 60's. 53 yrs old now and still love ripping the woods. One of the benefits of living in Maine is unlimited riding. We can do a 100 mile loop from 6 directions right from the house.

He's a few others in the mancave.

If you enjoy technical stuff, rocks, rocks, rocks, roots and mud. You'll love it. The guys I ride with ride EVERY Sunday, year round. For most of them, it's there only hobby. Congrats on the new mount, sounds like you got a deal! -I've been to the KTM dealer twice this week, extremely close to picking up a Freeride.

When you say old school to me I think more along the lines of Marty Smith, not Jeremy McGrath!
