I hear ya......the 69 came with no motor or tranny, no interior door panels, no seats, no cluster at all, just a dash pad and glove box, the heater box and controls are there, no steering colom, no wiring harness..... doors and all glass intact, the windows work......it has disc brakes (beat) and a 12 bolt though......theres a guy with a GTO who wants the rolling chassis......

Doug,
Looks great! But don't forget you own a boat and that car will never float.

Phil......it was about timing......the car was right, the price was right, our dollar is good and as you know in a months time A/C season will hit and I wont have time to tie my shoe......I would like to get the body off the chevelle kind of quickly and get the racecar positioned under it and send the old chassis down the raod, that will decrease the number of cars in the shop by one.......the shop is a little crowded now........the boat is scheduled to go to Double R in 2 weeks to have the motors installed.......the bilge is done

Hpcollector - where are you located??

PS - Phil - you remember Jason?? (OSO member "Resurected")......he just bought (yes Bought!) one of the finest stock car shortracks in the province Sauble Speedway www.saublespeedway.com .......he says hes going to get some vintage stock cars to do some laps in the 09' season and wants my car to be there.......with his Craftsman Truck experience as a driver hes going to help me with the set up and construction of the car.......same chassis......hes a great guy.....doug
