Yep. Imron MSDS sheet 2, 3 & 4 as you said, once the activator is added fresh air only. Nasty.

Body shop supply stores sometimes care but most often don't. they also don't sufficiently warn people about the health hazards of this stuff. If you're using it outside in a well-ventilated area, you will have way less issue.

Original manufactures do not clean steel enough. There is still mill scale and oil on the steel surfaces. You will have a better longer lasting finish on a blasted trailer than new. It is well worth the time and effort. Be sure to primer as soon as you can after blasting. You may consider brushing inside rails while spraying to get all the inside corners.

Yep....should be picking it up tomorrow. Some parts had to be reconstructed (the rear piece with the lights in it). Down to the metal and all re-done.....<$5K Everything!

When I'm spraying catalyzed epoxies and polyesters I tell the neighborhood kids to get on in the house .

I friend just did his trailer with Rhinoliner. It looks awesome. He painted the fenders with urethane.

I't turned out to be around $6K, but I had to have a lot redone. New custom fenders, refabricate the rear frame (where the lights are)......lots of rust to remove.
