Surprised nobody recommended McClain http://www.mcclaintrailers.com/
They're in Houston and have some shops in LA. They might be able to hook you up nice.
Manning has been known to sell their bow stop seperately. http://www.manningmarine.com/
I've talked with Loadmaster-FL before: http://www.loadmastertrailer.com/
They've got a couple different items that might work. Their web site/parts list doesn't show everything, but they might have something that will work.
Not too long ago I saw an All-American Trailers that had a nice bow catcher on it. The real nice thing I liked is that it had the amber colored pads that seem to be the best at non-marking. They might be willing to fab/ship for you. http://www.allamericantrailermfg.com/
I've got your standard, run of the mill winch mount/bow roller. Those roller mounting arms bend easily when you're loading the boat a little crooked and try to correct while still on the roller.

I am not the one that catches it coming on the trailer,But there is a few marks in the rub rail were it could of touched ,it has never hit the hull, Also while winching it up the handle will hit the rub rail insert lightly. I also added 3/8 alum spacer to the rubber in the v block trying to make it fit better.I am also the type person that likes polishing the alum on the trailer
