Nice job Roger. That gives me some ideas for improvments for my Myco. My boat doen't hit the winch, but on a steep ramp I have keep winching to slide my hull up the front blocks a few inches or else when I pull out and am on flat ground the bow will be a few inches from the bow stop.

That's why I extended it out there like I did. I did'nt want Mark to have problems with it on the ramp and me down here in kankakee wondering why my ears felt like they were on fire....................

I made one very similar to yours and it works awesome, except: The wind cought the boat right before it was going in the bow stop and that metal edge gave me a reminder in my boat. I am now working on a protector on the outside of the metal just in case it should happend again. I will also add some side support (towards the rear of the boat and middle of boat) for easier docking when I am by myself. As soon as I have it painted I will post some pictures...
