Can you just paint or powercoat the factory rims? Just make sure it is a glossy finish, I have seen many cars and trucks with a flat black finish and it looks like there is brake dust on the rims all the time.
To help your search google "dually rims or dually wheels" I have seen many choices when I googled it and Ebay once before but have decided to keep my stock dually rims on my F350

I did a quick search and found this website..scroll down and you will see a black and polished rim set-up..call Type 23 - Goliath Dualie rims..

These look getto....

Of course I always like the big trucker rim's look (22.5, 24in rims) but its big $$$$

Good luck with your search..
