13ft wow what's the bridge height you must be right at it. You would have to drop down to 17" wheels with a cat.

the 47 fountain probably has a arch, thats why its so high. i have pulled many dually trailers, and they do pull well. on the oil bath axles try adding a air fitting to the cap, and with a hand pump put just a few pound of pressure to it. that pressure will keep out the water.

I am only wanting to build it for a 33' boat and have debated on finding an older 38' dual tandem to refurbish and mount a motorcycle or smart car on the front
