Glad the outcome was good for everyone. Could've been a nightmare.

WOW !!! with all the excitement on the SRW -vs- DRW thread I can't believe I didn't see this thread.
I'm certain it was a high spike on the butt cheek pucker factor meter.
This is exactly what I was describing to the OP of the other thread with a 5+ ton load about rain in SE Texas.
WAY TO GO DUDE !!! awesome driving skills for sure.
There ain't nothing worse than those conditions pulling a mfg's max rating load on an a shiny wet blacktop road.
See ya,
Kelly

No, where the picture was taken was where we both stopped. Sure "felt" a lot closer than it looks!
Headed opposite directions, I thought that trailer was going to swing out into my lane, tip over and slide sideways down the road! Thats the "DAYMARE" I had while trying to stop at least!
I was staying stopped to have some respect for him and give him a chance to clean his pants! He actually was further in the ditch (the nose of the truck) with the driver door plowing down trees. (prob helped it stop) The trailer looked more like it was swinging out into my lane. While I was stopped he tried to back out of it but was jackedknifed to hard to move any more than the pic.
