Picked mine up in August.
I contacted 5 manufacters. 3 never reponded. 1 referred me to a dealer, who took 3 weeks to work up a quote.
Loadmaster reponded in less than 24 hours, took my information, and had a quote the next day.
Their engineer contacted me directly to double check specs and recommendations.
In an age when some companies have given up on customer service, Loadmaster shined like a diamond.
Oh, by the way, it tows like a dream! I knew my old trailer was lacking, but didn't know it was that bad. On my first trip with the boat loaded, I pulled over and made the wife drive so she could feel the difference.

I worked with Gary every step of the way when he built me a trailer 3 years ago for my then new Donzi 38ZR. Can't say enough about the great service and the product. No regrets here.

Glad to see some other owners on here speaking up on their behalf. With all the beware threads lately, its good to see something positive in a manufacturer.

Loadmaster just finished mine and sent some pics. They really have been great with their communication.
I can't wait to go get it. I went with tandem 8-lug 7K lb axles, Timken bearings, EOH disc brakes, and 16" wheels with Firestone Transforce tires. They also carriage bolted the bunks. Looking forward to some long distance trips with it next summer.

They did mine 3 years ago to for a 298sc Monterey cruiser. Best priced trailer around. It was cheaper to have them build it and ship it to me than anyone else in Texas could build it. Great customer service too.

Tell Liz and Gary that the Oklahoma boys said hi and direct them to this thread. They are going to build a custom trailer for our classic boat project this summer so I'm sure we'll be making another trip up there..

Loadmaster sure knows how to treat a customer. Two of their employees, Megan and Joe, even met me at the factory when the company was closed for the holidays because that's what worked for me. I love the trailer!
