That thing looks very nice, have you towed the boat with it yet? I have the exact same truck and have thought about doing something simular, but I am a little worried about stability yanking my pig around.

the pinstripe will stay, not sure about molding... some i like and some i dont. I like the badging so that will stay also, i think it looks good with the machined wheels... if i went all black wheels id probably de-badge
Questofpower - I have not pulled with it yet... boat will come out here in a week or two

looks nice...couple things...I did something close...got ride of my 05 and got a 08....love the ride difference, neither lifted...already had the exhaust with cat/dpf delete, EGR block off(need to do that as well ) air box mods...had some kind of tuning but no idea what...dealer knew nothing....ran great but got crappy mileage..so went with duramaxtuner.com got a exchange ECM tuned with EFI live works great !!! now be careful hard to get a tune or programer that will work with the exhaust/egr mods which you will have to have...

Well, installed the downpipe today... All i have to say is wow, what a royal pain in the ass. The transmission dipstick is in the way the whole time throughout each step, and the clamp on top is a real pain trying to get on the flanges when youre laying on the motor and cant see it. But, its finally done and i should have some pics and a sound clip of the exhaust within the next day or two. Going to try and install the position switch tonight and the tuner when i get home
