[QUOTE=88242LS;4127533]Saw this today and fell in love,

UOTE] I am driving one right now. Order it the last weekend of March and got it the first of May. This truck is unbelieveable. It has all the bells and whistles that my 2014 CTS has as for as electronics. I am pulling close to 14000 lbs with my boat. You don't know it's back there. When it comes to stopping the over size brakes are a real improvement over my 08 GMC Serria.

What powertrain did you go with? Gas or Diesel? I presently have an 06 Duramax, Allison Trans ext. cab that I love and pulls the Scarab great....I'm itching for a new truck though really bad. Not sure I want to stay with diesel power,,,

[QUOTE=badmonkey;4127540]Diesel,right now 19.1 mpg per the dic. They change the final gear ratio in the transmission as it only tach's 1650 at 72 mph. Old one would tach 1850 which was the sweet spot on lmm version.

I have 850 miles on a new 2015 2500 chev durmax ltz. Left a 2006 power stroke. Night and day difference. Love this new truck so far. Pulled my cigarette Topgun twice so far. Don't even know it's there. You're love your new truck.

After test driving the 6.2l 1500 denali, it will be my next truck. If only the local dealers weren't so proud of them. Can't seem to find the huge discounts I've read about online.

Bought a new 2013 GMC 2500HD with the duramax engine and GFX upgrade package. Love the power and fuel economy of the diesel and the Allison transmission - a great combination for towing. In my area gas and diesel are now very close in price. I will never buy another gas engine truck for towing.

The only big discounts I see are on the 2014. Not 2015. I could save 4000 more if I had bought the 2014. But after seeing the new dash and interior layout I had to have the 2015.
