No
You will be fine
Pulled 36 Nor Tech from LOTO to Havasu
Several times with a SRW Duramax
Add airbags and make sure trailer is electric over hydraulic brakes

Nice boat!......Boat has no issues but it was a trade in on a boat being built built that subsequently never got delivered. Chuck -OSO screen name used to own it. He built a Spectre center console with Frisnini Motorsports and it was a disaster (still ongoing). search a few threads and you will hours of entertainment......

Summary of the above.
Convert to EoH if not already.
Pretty sure Denali is has softer springs than even a normal 3/4t so air bags are not a bad idea.
14k on the bumper without weight equalizing is over/near the stock hitch rating. I would consider upgrading to Curt's Xtra heavy duty or Commercial rated hitches.
Make sure your ball mount and ball are also properly rated.
Enjoy the new ride!

I pulled a 44 Roadster with a 2009 2500 HD duramax no problem and now have a Nortech 43 V which is heavier that I pull with a 2013 Denali CC duramax. Check out Summit Racing for the airbag kit, I chose the one with an on board compressor which works well.

My original post didn't go through. You will be fine. I towed my 36 supercat from Destin Fl to the upper Chesapeake with my Yukon do Denali it was a handful but not out of control due to the trailer brakes and a brake controller. Since then I have towed w a dodge 2500 single axle and a dualie. There was still some sway at speed 65+ with the single and was solid as could be with the dualie. Hitch height has a big effect, we had it too low and too much toungue weight and when you let off the gas it got loose. I think if the Yukon could do it and not get pushed around you will be comfortable in the 2500. Congrats

Pics of the Denali hooked to your new boat?! How do you like the Denali? I have a 2010 Sierra Denali 1/2, love it but of course now they offer the big boys and it gives me the itch.

Do a search on this section. I posted a link a couple weeks back for airbags with a discount/rebate. There was another link posted as well for a couple bucks cheaper.

That is a beautiful boat, one of my all time favorites. When you drive it and hear vibration and rattling don't worry it's probably just some stray beads from broken necklaces. Chuck used to throw cases of those at the Lake Cumberland Poker Run.
