Default Towing - Cafe Racer

I recently purchased a Cigarette 35' Cafe Racer - Carbon 70 Edition.
I am looking for suggestions.

I am getting ready to order a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 - Z71.

I pulled the Cafe from Oklahoma with a Ford F250, 4x4, (gas) and it did a good job.

My question is will the 2500 Silverado do just as good. I am a Chevrolet guy and want to stay with it.

Anyone with experience with the Chevrolet 2500?

Ohh wow- The Duramax has 765 ft lbs. of torque. It tows my Chris Cat 11k with the trailer like it is not even there. You will have NO problem with that load. I recommend EOH or electric brakes, surge on a big boat is not great- JMHO.

Wannabe

PS. Mine is Deep Ruby

I don't want to hijack this thread but I just have to say that's a great looking truck. I want to do that wheel and tire package on my F550. Can you tell me what size wheels and tires those are? Thanks.

It's got 22.5 cut down to 22's and 35" Toyo M/T with a 4" lift.
