Oh, Shoot !

I have no idea how I did that upside down.

I also have no idea how to fix it.

Sorry.

I saved it and rotated it.
A nice looking rig. How long is the boat?

If you're really interested in a great gooseneck trailer then give me a call at 800-517-5502 to discuss. Broward Trailer builds the best gooseneck trailers!

With a 29' boat it would look a little ridiculous.
Thumbs down on this one.

JIm,

Those are good looking trailers.

What's the thought process behind the double legs on the big CC boat?

We're a horse trailer dealer & we sell a lot of large trailers with dual legs, but they're split to each side of a wide front end making the trailer much more stable when parked.

Is there any advantage to the double legs on a narrow nose ?

Also - the coupler on the white trailer looks like it's huge ? And it doesn't appear to have any "set" bolts ? How do you keep the coupler from moving fractionally within the sleeve ?

thx

d

Thank you for the compliment!

The black trailer is a 30,000lb GVWR trailer and we felt that a single 12,000lb electro/hydraulic jack would not be enough so we installed 2. Works incredibly well, never an issue with instability. We have now designed our own in-house 24,000lb electro/hydraulic jack which we will be using on all future designs.

The "set bolt" is in the rear of the coupler on the white trailer. I'm not sure why you think it looks "huge". It is a 5th wheel

I guess black is more slimming

The coupler on the white trailer just looks like it's bigger in terms of physical dimensions. It must be the combination of the color and angle of the picture.
