Odd trailer tire wear.

Had a bent spindle on one axle, likely due to hitting a curb at some point. It also caused odd tire wear. Simple thing to figure it out is to get your tape measure out and start measuring in all the ways you can think (wheel rim to frame, hanger bolts to ball, rear tire to front, side to side, upside down, inside out... you get the idea.) At some point you'll zero in on where the of***e is, and the solution will be then obvious. I sketched out the trailer on paper and recorded the measurements there. BTW, I just ordered in a new axle from Dexter UPS, and installed in in my driveway with the boat still on the trailer. Easy. Use a 4" grinder to cut the old Ubolts off, and use new hardware. New axle wasn't that expensive.
