Been a while as usual. I have some guys working on transom, adding bulkheads, and finishing floor. We added steel brackets under floor to bold seat bolster in and just getting everything tightened up. Hoping to get it back to interior guys soon.
I'm thinking motors.... can't wait to start that project. Just feel like I need something that looks a little tiny bit more like an actual boat before I pull that big trigger.

Ok! Transom repairs done by my new friends at Huron Lagoons Marine. Mike and Mark have been a REAL pleasure to work with. Mark has done GREAT work and both have provided some solid advice. Willing to take the time to plan this monumental project out with me.
1. Hatch installed
2. Extensions on the transom step replaced/glassed in properly
3. Transom repair where tab was installed (some softness, now rock solid everywhere)
4. Replace 1 bulkhead, added two in cabin area to firm up the bow
5. Reworked floor area including steal angle iron with bolts welded bolt down the bolsters
Not it is back over to XT Innovations for some dash work, rear seat area, and start the upholstery project.
Dying to get the motors built but being patient as to not let them sit. 652HP 427cu inch small blocks. Should be pretty fast.
