I had my local print / sign shop print it on the vinyl, you can also buy all sorts of it on ebay. The vinyl will mold over most any shape with some heat from the blow dryer. You tube
has some deminstrations using the dryer and vinyl.

By the way are your old gauges still good? want to sell them? I may be interested.

Another thought I had was to cover my gauge panel with appliance epoxy(white)

Still kicking around Ideas but you just gave me some new thoughts.

Thanks my friend, It was really not to bad to do. This was my first fiberglass job, the vinyl was easy to apply with a hair dryer to heat it up a little to mold around the pod. Ask plenty of quetions in fiberglass and paint thread glassdave is always there to help out. My old gauges still work but they are faded and are not monster size. The lenses are dull. I don't think you would want them. Yes the wife loves when I start a project. Hee!

Thanks Thruhull, I couldn't find any other 320 with monster gauges so I went for it, I'm happy so far. Now all I have to do is hook up those 20,000 little wires and install a fuel pressure sensor, water pressure sensor and a oil temp sensor. I added those 3 gauges to this panel.

Are you using upholstry vinyl that has been printed on or are using sign vinyl which has adhesive backing? Do you know what kind of ink the printer used?

Any chance you have the youtube url that you're referring to?

Thanks.

Finally found the time to finish my gauge pod and Livorsi Monster gauge swap, I also changed the switches to black to match the black gauges, changed the ignition switches, warning lights, lanyards. Now all that is left is the install back in the Velocity 320.

Before

After
