I went back and cleaned up some meaningless post I posted, nothing of value. Ray is who I bought the engines from. Ray tore the Supercat racing engines down and installed the new cams and pistons so I can run on pump gas instead of racing fuel the Merc Supercats require from the factory.

Then Ray shipped them to Derebery Marine. Derebery Marine is doing the install.

The Gill manifolds were 4K but I changed my mind and decided to go with Stellings, when the gills arrived at Ray's he just shipped them back but didn't refund the $4,000.00 he charged me for them.

Then when the engines arrived at Deberery I ordered the Stellings headers.

Needless to say I have a ton of money in my exhaust due to the fact Ray didn't send me my $4,000.00 back for the Gill's I didn't buy and decided to just keep the money I sent him.

This has gone on since June 12, 2008 Ray told me shipping was a whole lot more than expected, the pistons and cams cost way more than expected and all the extra work was way more than expected.

I could see my $4,000.00 was going to be hard to get back according to Ray's comments so not to beat a dead horse and being the nice guy and understanding of the "extra cost".

I told Ray I would settle for $2,000.00 1/2 of the $4,000.00 for the Gills I paid for and didn't get to cover the extra cost.
Even though that wasn't the price we agreed to. I figured 1/2 was better than 0.00 that I have so far received.

The original deal was:
2 Supercat Engines with new pistons/cams installed = $24,000.00
2 XR Drives = $12,000.00
2 Gill manifolds $4,000.00 Ray kept this part.
Shipping $1000.00
Total $41,000.00

man, VV you are a very understanding guy, $2000 for a returned item I would say that is too nice after spending $40,000 with him he should be more than happy to give you a full refund, in my opinion at least.

Joe, I think what happened is Ray, at the same time I bought his engines was building a set of small blocks for his race boat and used my funds on his project. You know it's alway's easer to spend someone elses money. I never agreed to be a Sponser of "Totally Unleashed". Ray didn't even put "VV gets screwed" on the side of his racer.

BASTURD, and yes I know how to spell it. You need to post Gay Rays Email so a Scotch drinking Canuck, snow shoeing, polar bear wrestling, OSO buddy can voice his displeasure (in a tactful way). All joking aside, it's the least we OSO members could do. The internet is a very powerful tool, a few bad posts in the right place could and will ruin an otherwise good business. Pay up Ray, I know you read this!!!

VV, I was looking at your boat and parts the other day. That is really going to be cool. I cant wait to see it run. I would really like to see you hand it to a certain 41 Apache.

Got her painted. took all the brackets and had them powdercoated black.

Willemite (α-Zn2SiO4) polycrystals, prepared by sintering at 1350°C with or without Mn-dopant, were thermally etched at 1250°C for 1 min to 12 h and studied by scanning electron microscopy with regard to the effects of lattice imperfections, Mn-dopant and capillary force on etching development. For α-Zn2SiO4 without dopant, a rather rapid grooving at grinding scratches, grain boundaries and {11 0} faceted pores caused a hill-and-valley structure in the nascent etching stage. The grooves were subsequently obscured due to increasing deposition rate and decreasing sublimation rate with increasing negative curvature and hence, a prominent capillary effect.
