The first offer is usually the best one. The value on your 32 is going to tank fast here in the next couple of years. There is a nice 36 apache for $46K that needs engine work. If you just like projects then that would leave plenty left over to play with and you won't be out of pocket anymore $$$. I'd love to help out with your next project, if there is one.

I think it's a pretty good offer considering the crunch we are in now. I would most likely get another during the winter at a low ball price. You can buy alot of boat for 95K now days. and you are right it's going to keep depreciating. I may take the offer while I have one.

All this said, I'd sell it for 95K knowing that she'll be worth a lot less in a year or two...
