The sub woofer AMP (which is the only one that gets warm) has a built in fan. It is hidden behind the Silver trim piece. There is also a gap around the AMPs, that will allow the air the amp draws through the fan to circulate.

Amp Rack finished and ready to install. I was able to find matching vinyl. I padded it as well so it should look like it belongs there.... Do to space constraints I had to mount my sub amp upside down in order to run the wiring to it. Oh well.

How do you guys think it turned out?

Here is the Amp Rack in the boat. It isn't mounted in this pic, so it is sitting about 1" lower than it will be mounted.

Here are a few pics of my "mock up" Sub Enclosure. It will be made from 3/4" MDF. I will coat the entire box inside and out with fiberglass resin and will vinyl wrap (as it will be seen when accessing the port-a-pottie. It will contain 1 Kicker L7 12" Sub.

Yes, I know my garage is a freaking mess!!!! And I have no idea why the floor under the bead is so dirty.....
