Ok guys and gals. things are coming together. slow but sure. As you all know this is not your normal BBC build. Manufactures make plenty of nice parts for the FORD motors. How ever, we need to adapt those parts to the marine world to use in these builds. So this takes a little longer. Between my very noligeable engine builders [ R+W Enterprises] and my self, things are on the move. Thanks for following the build. These pictures show the idler bracket [RCD] the MSD crank trigger, Lighting Performance sea pump and alternator, and the Danny Bee belt drive. The wood pieces will become billet aluminum. The oil pumb still needs to be mounted on the right side. Bob

We looked at the boat around 8 or 9 years ago in the Deerfield Beach Florida area, I believe the original owner still owned then. Looked like he lost interest in that type of boating. It's great to see and follow along with the fine work and rigging thats happening now. Plus some very serious deep v speed. In my opinion this is one of the two neatest Stepp Boats ever built. Jon

Thanks Jons, I followed this boat from the time it was build in 1991, Because of the FORD power and speedmaster set up. Talked to the owner a few times when he had it for sale in the late 90s. Then in 2003 I missed picking it up. In early 2005 I took ownership. It's been throught may new changes. Still some to go. The boat is very solid. Can't wait to get it running and dialed in with this new POWER.
