Had the pleasure of meeting Kenny when I was looking at a velocity before I bought my first outlaw. Very nice guy, ended up meeting him when I ended up purchasing a trailer from him. Would bend over backwards for you!
Didnt like the entry into bayboat overcrowed arena. Still like the boats though, I would take a 390 or 410!!

I checked and the website is still up and for those that haven't visited lately, a new performance oriented video was posted last month. It's largely a combination of the best older Velocity videos but still nice to see! With the exception of the last few years, Velocity Powerboats had a long and exceptionally positive run in a market challenged by frequent ownership turnover, splashed hull designs and so-so customer service. Sadly all good things eventually come to end.

I think the 390 was the first boat to exceed 115MPH in 2006/2007 with with the Merc Racing 700SC/NXT package. The pad bottom fed cleaner water to the NXT than the stepped hulls - less prop slip. Even 8 or 9 years later the Outerlimits aren't much faster with newer technology using the same engine/drive package.
