Starting with the one furthest out you can shim the others using 1/4 inch stainless washers. Once you get them all at the same depth and the proper tension, the dust disappears.

I bought this belt alignment tool last year. So easy and fast to check belt alignment. You should be able to get it for about $70. http://www.daycoproducts.com/daycoŽ-belt-diagnostic-kit

Nothing new. Setup still runs great and is turn key on 89 octane marina fuel.
